This is so full of lies, can't believe how ignorant some people are and things they believe when they have never seen 1st hand for themselves.
-
fearmongering isn't the solution why don't you yourself use less oil. better yet come to alberta and see for yourself. if we get more money from tourism then we rely less on the oilsands
-
Come enjoy a tour of the mine and a ride in a haul truck.
That's Alberta romance!

The oilsands were discovered in the early 1900's. Pools of oil dotted the surface amongst rivers, lakes and forest.
God made the oil sands not man.
If man or Albertans had accidentaly dumped a trillion barrels of oil then greenpeace would be yelling "CLEAN UP YOUR MESS"
But Albertans didn't spill the oil, we are only trying to clean up what God left for us.
Greenpeace is as 2 faced as they come, Since we didn't spill the oil, they want us to "DON'T CLEAN IT UP"
THESE PEOPLE ARE IDIOTS
Im reforesting the oil sands for the second time this summer using 14 species of shrubs and seven species of trees. The US will take any chance it can get to turn attention to a Canadian environmental issue. Wildlife does grow in the sands and they can be reclaimed.
