Of course not! He was kicked out right after the first casting, but they invited him again to "sing" at that show just for the fun. Have in mind, that Misic Idol is not only a contest, but a show as well. For the same reason Valentina was invited to sing again "Ken Lee", despite she was kicked out at the first circle of the contest.
