its a not really hovering. A hovering vehicle would be one that's stationary and a good height above the ground. This is just a flying ATV. A very impressive ATV at that.

@racergsxr1 Because of the way the wings are angled (upwards, to create lift), if you would happen to hit the water with the wing at the wrong angle, you would allready be nose down anyway, and the wing hitting the water would be the least of your problems. The probablility of getting in trouble because of wing hitting water, at the speeds this operates, will not be an issue, because of the way the wings are angled.
