I am testing a new section of my layout, a bridge over a separate line. The test train is a Kato made, Canadian Pacific SD40, pulling a Kato tank car (lol). It passes over two Canadian Pacific SD45's (Kato) with mixed freight (Micro-trains line). I will be posting more Videos as I make more progress on my layout. Enjoy!

  • thats good then, i was thinking of getting both now and then putting my 2 atlas C424's behind them to make a all action red CP consist, thanks you guys! also im now putting moar vids of my layout on youtube if ya wanna check them out. enjoy, and happy modeling!

  • yes, they are worth it.they are great locos and run very well.

  • It runs like a gem, detail is great, and I love that style of logo. cant go wrong with kato. What would you be running it with? It is fairly light, so depending on your layout it may spin on some steep inclines (>3% grade with 8 microtrains cars)I would recommend getting two to solve that.

  • Question:i was thinking about buying one or both SD40's that KATO came out with. should i? are they worth it?

  • I like CP too!

  • nice video, looks like you got a lot of work ahead still
