WAY before Lavita's. Charlie takes me back to Sweet Gum, with Mark Jones, Tasha Wallace, Satyn DeVille, Mickey Day, Rachel Wells and so many, many more. That was the ultimate show bar; small and intimate. Brought in a lot of locals and SO many tourists who wanted to see "a show," Vegas Style. Full scale productions happened there. I saw a Halloween show "Twilight Zone" (Manhattan Transfer) that was the best ever. Let's do it again ya'll. Atlanta is poised and ready. Email me.

I've been following Mr. Charlie Brown ever since Lavita's in Atlanta! She grew up in an era where many fabuous entertainers came from. This particular style of drag is priceless to see! Excellent!

I've been to a lot of drag clubs, but Mr. Charlie Brown's Cabaret in Atlanta, when it was on the top floor of Backstreet, was one of the very best. Fantastic entertainers and Mr. Brown is one of the funniest performers there is. NYC's legendary Lady Bunny learned at Charlie's feet, and still steals from his act!
