  • Chrysemys picta dorsalis.

  • No. Chrysemys picta bellii. Your probably thinking dorsalis because of apparent stripe on the back. That is temporary and found in some hatchlings, but disappears as they grow. C.picta dorsalis has a yellow plastron. These definitely have an orange-red plastron with branching dark markings.
