@CODGOD321BOOM HAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAAHa i read that and am still laughing... Hey for shoulders i stopped doing all the exercises in the vid, and only do handstand pushups against a wall and freestanding handstand holds and pushups. Shoulders are stronger and bigger from those 2 exercises then doing all the exercises with weights that i use too.

@Fazioenterprise alright thanks ive been asking my dad to build me that pull up bar with the ladder thing on it and you dip setup. can wait for my p90x to be done so i can do your workouts!!!!

@CODGOD321BOOM thats awesome... the best thing to have is the pullup bar setup and dip station, then you will be able to do alot of stuff. All the newer vids have great examples of exercises to use on different muscle groups. If you need exercises to work a specific muscle group just let me know.
