I should start further improving my native language, even though I consider myself pretty okay and familiar even with the slightly older Finnish, there's always room to improve in Finnish for a Finnish person ;D

Folks, this is not a song, this is a journey.

Moonsorrow I don't think can be fit into any one genre, but rather borrow what is best for them in a given album depending on what part of the 'tale' they're telling. Albums such as Verisakeet and V. Haivetetty tend to be more introspective/brooding, wheras Kivenkantaja and Voimasta ja Kunistaa are more triumphant.
Tulimyrsky is an excellent example of them borrowing multiple metal genres in the one song.
I have listened to Moonsorrow for six years and have never tired :)

what movie was this from?

@IronMaiden- I think so too. I'm studying it too.
@777- I wonder, what movie is this video made from? I love viking films and collect them but I have never seen this one...

This is awe-some! I like this, a lot. With that said, I heard this band is considered Viking Metal, so, what would make one considerate as such? Don't get me wrong, I'm actually asking, because I don't understand. It seems more like a Death, Black, Folk-Metal combo. Strange enough, I was listening to Bathory-The Return and some part of this song sounded more like that style. Ironically, I know Quorthon is said to have started the Viking Metal genre, but his later work, not his early stuff.
