11-30-09 (this is around 20 min through) 20 weeks out from my Natural Pro Qualifer, today called for High intensity Cardio. I either do 15 one min intervals on treadmill or eliptical or this. I am doing VO2 Max training out of the Kenneth Jay Viking Conidtioning Program. It calls for a 15 second on 15 second protocol. There is a formula you have to perfrom fo get your rep number. but to be safe try and hit 7, if you can hit more than 8 do a heavier KB. I usually do 40 min which is 80 sets which is 560 snatches total. Today i only did 30 min which is 420 snatches with a 35lbs Kb. Some days I use a 45 or even the 53. It is brutal. Until you can do 7 reps with a 35 for 40 min, there is no need to move up.

  • Lol not gunna lie bro, I've done it before, not on a snatch but on a swing down at my RKC certification. Had to play it off like nothing happened Pavel had me in front of the group.

  • @asignoretta ouch did you beam them or just touch them i found that the fast barrly touch hurt like a bitch i rather get ramed any ways did any one notice or did you play it off good

  • @asignoretta thanks right now i want to drop 10 lbs so i hope to do that without loseing strength i actually gain strength better when i have less fat but its hard to get down there and not lose the strength its a bitch but i hope to get maybe even down to 265 and be just as strong i had a brain fart and thought i would do body building but no well i may but im not going to get away from the heavy weight like i was thinking so wish mwe luck
