depends on alot, all I would say was if you are going to get a 5xxx series card, get the 5770, they are very good value for money.

yes you can depends also at what resolution you play...but both are nice card, now it depends on game, on same game nvidia is better on some others ATI win, i think that both are very close in term of performance, so its your choice, you wont regret any of those

The GTX 275 Has a lot of power but The 4890 Still out performs it in speed and power efficiency, and its cheaper. with the extra money left over you could buy more ram or another terabyte hard drive. or just save for a rainy day...
