I was so young when Shankar Nag died. I really wanted to believe that he is alive and he had only been kidnapped by Veerappan. We miss him so much. If he had been alive Kannada / Indian filmdom would have prospered such a lot. It is ironic that he talks about Manjula in this interview - she was another great actor.
God bless his soul and may he rest in peace. I hope he comes back soon as a Kannadiga and do even more great things.
