  • @pablotallarin hola pablo, el agua no se pone, es el agua que suelta la propia col al prensarla, pruébalo es fácil y cuando está listo lo metes en el frigo y siempre tienes a mano una ensalada fresca!

  • I made seven heads of cabbage into sauerkraut...it only took 2 weeks of fermentation here in warm Hawaii. Cooked up the first batch with sauteed onions, a grated apple, and some brown sugar. My wife is Bavarian and we missed good sauerkraut here in Hawaii, so just decided to ferment our own. Turned out great!

  • You need to leave an out for the CO2 to escape or the jar may explode as it fermints

  • Em terras tropicais não é necessário esperar 21 dias para o sauerkraut ficar pronto - dependendo da temperatura ambiente, precisa de somente uns 3 a 7 dias. Depois de pronto, retirar as folhas de repolho e levar à geladeira, procurando manter o soro empre acima do repolho. Mantido dessa forma, dura meses, mesmo depois de aberto.
