The sacroiliac joint dysfunction is a source of low back pain. Due to the proximity of the sacroiliac joint to the hip and the spine, pain of SI joint origin may be attributed to a hip or spine condition rather than the sacroiliac joint itself. SI joint pain is an unappreciated problem causing low back pain . Clinical and radiological evaluation is not usually reliable. The only reliable method for diagnosing SI joint pain is by injection.

I've started having pain in my right hip and somedays it hurts somedays it doesn't but it also hurts in my lower back. I danced for 6 years so could that have something to do with it? Ice helps and it helps if I'm in like a pool or something. It's a very dull pain. I've noticed if I'm sitting for long periods of time it begins to hurt. What do you think this could be?

Your dance career may have something to do with the pain, you should see an orthopedic doctor for exam and possible testing.

For years I have been trying to explain to doctors the back pain I have experienced. They all assumed I was after drugs. I have found some success with ab exercises, keeping a strong core. I happened on this by accident and it took about a year of pilates, yoga, etc to finally get in a position where my back doesn't "go out".

Hi! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Backprolax Secrets (just google it), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you tried using home remedy called Backprolax Secrets? I've heard some great things about it and my mate completely cures his back pain naturally with this remedy.

This still surprises me, how a lot of people don't know about Backprolax Secrets (google it), although many people completely cure their back pain naturally with this remedy. Thanks to my mate who told me about Backprolax Secrets, I finally eliminated my pain for good by using healthy ways.

I have osteoporosis with a T score of -2.6 in the spine/pelvis, i have been receiving periodic chiropractic treatment for 22 years which helps keep me cycling , my reason to live ! recently i have noticed a deterioration to my level of fitness do to acute pain in lower back. If i am forced to stop cycling i will be taking a one way ticket to Switzerland where i can be put out of my misery in a dignified manner, hopefully not for awhile yet but without a cure for osteoporosis this seems inevitabl

Surely, remediation comes well before all these solutions. We are too quick to operate.

Same pain 9 yrs ago. After inj, didn't work. PT helped the most. They did some kind of electro stuff with heat pad then went out in gym on two machines. Pneumax. One you sit in, other you walk with the aid of it on a treadmill. I am 66 yrs old & have this therapy every 3 yrs for 6 wks ea. Now I'm in the yelping phase again. It builds the muscle up around the area and supports it for some time. Then you start reg. back exer. I love it. Its a sports machine. My cartilage desenigrated spine/pelvis.
