"An Air France Boeing 777-200, registration F-GSPM performing flight AF-22 from Paris Charles de Gaulle (France) to New York JFK,NY (USA) with 232 people on board, was enroute overhead the Atlantic about 400nm southwest of Iceland when the first officer reported the captain had fallen ill and requested to divert to Keflavik (Iceland). The aircraft landed safely in Keflavik about 75 minutes later. The captain was taken to hospital, there is no information on his condition available."

I wouldn't call this an emergency landing... it's a normal landing of an aircraft which had to be diverted, that's all.
