I met him in 1979 and 1981 in Skiti Prodromou. He was Romanian. We spent hours talking about God and spirituality. He was so sweet and wise.

He passed at the Lord a week ago! God forgive him and rest him with Your Saints! These man at 90' years old was standing all night in feet in inner prayer without seeting not even for a second! You can see in his face he is a Saint! Look at his eyes! He cryed so much that you can see that on his eyes! only the orthodox saints have that! NOBODY ELSE HAS IT!

@ProfRaphaello in Romania, the total population is 22 millions from wich 20 millions are orthodox. Father Petroniu is Romanian.
