NInguna huelga en el Peru es pacifica, es una desgracia lo que sucedio, pero es claro que la culpa fue la falta de ejecucion pacifica por parte del gobierno, y los lideres de grupos indigenas que tomaron una posicion politica en beneficio de los humalistas. Al final todo esto fue incentivado con mentiras, a la hora de los disturbios, el mismo poblador de Bagua no sabia a que estaba luchando.
