I'm English, yet this still pisses me off. Instead of trying to blow everyone up in record time; why not develop this technology for delivering aid?
Don't piss the taxpayers hard earned money up the wall.. or in this case launch $300,000,000 of it into space just to have it crash down in the ocean.

@kruxy404: Not pacifism, just anti-imperialism. What possible, peaceful, productive use can such a weapon have? At least the fallout from ICBMs is so dangerous the generals had to balance the possibility of fallout settling back on the US. But this weapon is "cheap" and has no radioactivity. Like is happening with the drones, it would be used with impunity.
