Now some South and Central American countries are accusing the US of giving their political leaders cancer with these weapons. There's even talk that Hugo Chavez's deadly heart attack may have been caused with some sort of electromagnetic weapon.

I have seen many post by Tis blaming only the US government for the microwave attacks. However the thought broadcasting ( leading to gangs talking ), and psychotronic attacks maybe carried out by entirely two different entities. Many other countries including Russia, Germany etc. may also have these satellite based systems in place. There is not much freedom of speech for people living in those countries. That maybe the reason we do not see many testimonials from there.

There maybe informers within the US ( and other countries as well ) who provide them with a list of potential targets. Please investigate this with an open mind. Otherwise we could end up worse than where we are now. The ultimate solution should be to have an agreement between all countries to have a monitoring system for all satellites that are launched. There should be some type of sensor on each satellite to monitor what type of frequencies that are beamed out and in what proportions.
