WOW...where has this video been in my Nine Years of working in the Library? Although informative, I'm still left questions...what if "Library Security" is on a lunch break? (They have to eat too) or if your supervisor is "out of the office"? You know he check out the books, but one of his multiple personalities lost it and he feels he should not be responsible for the late fees. YES that has happen before!
