@salbadorruizalvarez Find one that is oil rated. 1.75 gpm would be PLENTY for an oil return. The feed hole to the turbo is very, very small.
BOV can be anywhere in the intake tract, really. Keep it away from the MAF/MAP/etc, though.

What type of oil pump rating do you recommend...example found one on ebay for 139 capacity is 1.73 gpm ...is that enough...what is a good lication for the blow off valve??

@salbadorruizalvarez Just one external pump to return the oil from the turbo.

How many oil pumps?

If I had everything you needed. What would you charge a guy to do this?

where did you find a turbo for a 302? ive been wanting one for my carbureted 302 that will transfer to my 351 clevor when the 302 blow.

@killertctma I had to do the math and size it up. Copying one from a turbo mustang build isn't a bad idea, though. The first one I had for the truck (in this video) was way too small. I ended up with a T-70 the second time, and it ran much, much quicker than this. HX/HY35's off of 5.9 Cummins are pretty popular to use, also.

@v8rangerboy ok so a turbo is interchangeable as long as you can make up mounting brackets for it?

@killertctma Yes. Any turbo will fit anything with the right plumbing (for the most part, some rare exceptions). Getting one with the right compressor and turbine geometry is the important thing to worry about.
