I use interval training on the treadmill for my clients. A circuit I like is 2 min run at minimum incline, 2 min fast climb at maximum incline, 1 min walk. 4 cycle mnimum (20 minutes). Good video!

definitely makes me want a treadmill. I live out in the country too far from the gym and to snow for runnin on the roads right now.

Yeah, I know what you mean we have like 2 feet of snow here. I prefer running outside but treadmills definitly make the winter bearable.
