Thanks to your video I was able to re-fit the spacebar on my HP EliteBook. Although there were minor differences in the fixings on the HP you explained the principles very clearly and got me on track. Thanks again for the helpful video.

Thanks! I was messing about for 20 minutes after spilling milk on my keyboard. Every other key was easy enough to work out but I couldn't get the spacebar on, cheers!

Hi, I ordered and installed a spacebar key but it still has some problem: when the key broke due to a heavy weight falling on top, there was a slight bend in the surface below. Now the new spacebar does not come back up completely and only works when I hit it with my finger right in the middle (nor left or right) and with more strength than to other keys. Is it okay if I glue two additional rubber cups onto the empty space for them to add more stability to the bar, or this won't work? Thank you!
