But always keep in mind the earth is 4.6 billion years old. About 1 million years ago the Midwest was covered in up to 8000 feet of ice -- but 500 million years it was hot, tropical and and the CO2 levels were much higher than today -- but there were dinosaurs NOT humans. The earth is always changing -- it is changing today. But over many centuries -- decade to decade changes -- are like a hic-cups in earth time. Much of what we hear is politics not science. Wear your gloves!!! (<:

True the world is always changing. Still I hate to see all the plastic floating around in the Pacific. That can't be good for us.

@Mandolin1944 Well something is up...we had 6 months of summer...all spring was HOT like summer, very hot. The year before we had no summer at all gray and dreary. In Florida it is unusually cold and there is crop damage, and in Arizona it will go down to 25 degrees on New Years Eve. However the Polar caps and Greenland is melting. Something is awry.
