This is Mamizou Futatsuiwa's theme from Touhou 13: Ten Desires mixed with the Spirit World version which can be heard during Trance Mode.

This theme makes me want to dance, and play tricks on people! Plus, glowing stick men... ._. Are they supposed to represent humans?

The stick men/gingerbread men are paper shikigami. Unlike Yukari and Ran, Mamizou doesn't make her shikigami out of animals. I still find them random and hilarious, though.
