60 Second Assassin : Directors Cut

Two Assassins are each given 60 seconds to kill their targets and retrieve an important item but things do not always go according to plan....

This was a short film I wrote and directed for a class project.

We were given 16mm Film and told to produce a 4minute short movie without sync sound [the sound was dubbed later]

The film and sound were then edited on a steenbeck, and the three audio tracks mixed down to one.

This version was cleaned up using Final Cut Pro, I removed the original audio mix and redubbed the sound.

The camera was a bolex 16mm I think, and the University I attend (southampton solent) took care of developing costs.

this was great! Question. What camera did you use and how much does it cost to produce the film used. I'm thinking of going 16mm because I want to stay away from digital. Thanks.

OKay, appently, I was the only one, but I loved it. I thought it was quite well done on the whole, I liked your actors, the locations, and the script. I loved the ending, pity that NapalmBBQ didn't get to see it.

Theonly problem I had was after the first hit, the assassin turns around, still holding the sniper gun, *doesn't put it away*, walks through the door, and he's carrying a handgun.

If I missed something or simunderstood, let me know - Id be thrilled to hear more.

Okay I couldn't even bring myself to watch the whole thing. Knight Rider Theme music? Seriously? Not too mention that it was too loud. What cellphone rings that way? That's as far as I got.
