The Mistsubishi Evo is known to have a big turbo lag...Top Gear covered the Evo...it could keep up with a lamborghini on a circuit and the lambo couldnt shake it off..but when it comes to spur of the moment drag races like that the Evo has big turbo lag

@burtonium1 wat a dumbass lol, hes taking the stastic of one vw and comparing it to all the other vw's in the world, my 2.0l never had any major problems, yeah a 1.8t only last about 180,000 miles, but thats cause people turn up the boost and race and beat there cars, if you driv your car like a normal human being, you wont run into any major problems, and if you do, you know its cause of age, not beating it.

@burtonium1 agree...buddy of mine had a passat sense new 2 years after he got it broke down 4 times they sold it asap. then in 2004 they got a brand new jetta GLI witch is supposed to be all WOW an fast an great with its 1.8 turbo....an at 70.000 miles needed tranny work an computer work all kinda stuff...an btw SLOW as balls i own a 2002 mustang with 90k on it an its never been in a shop an only thing iv ever got for it was a Altanator an allot of rear tires :D
