  • Beastly. It's disappointing that more people don't do bleacher runs, great lower body and cardio workout (especially with a vest). @sweetkisses4uonly google "Tabata Training." That'll get you started. Also, check out high repetition Crossfit workouts (metcons, or chippers). Enjoy.

  • @sweetkisses4uonly That would be overtraining. 5-15 mins 3 times a week should be enough for interval training if the intensity is going to be HIGH.

  • what's the best way to lose a belly and lose weight fast? (if you're willing to give 5-6 hours a day) is it circuits?intervals?will you lose weight faster if you do 2 hours of intervals?
