@Danny160690 There have been many advances in hand-2-hand combat in the last 10, 20 & 30 years. Do you think that the Israelis are just spreading their best stuff around where all their enemies can get their hands on it? Look at the comments from atama23 (a Krav instructor), jcml90 & hapkist. They are all in line with my comments & hapkist has a channel with pics & uploads & is obviously a martial artist also. Maybe you are new to Krav & I have hurt your feelings. Post a vid of your skills.
@Danny160690 1st off son, it's not taught to most special forces. That is how it is marketed to civilians. Let's look at some of best spec ops units & see if they use Krav in their training. US Marine Corps Force Recon, we Marines have our own MCMAP, not Krav. SEAL Team 6, I knew several SEALs & the outside instructor 6 used was Paul Vunak, definately not a Krav instructor. Delta, NO. SAS, NO. Spetsnaz, NO. German Kommando Spezialkräfte, NO. Look Krav up on Wikipedia and get your facts straight.
@bae313 Haha, yeah his style is ancient history, that is why Krav Maga is still taught to most special forces in the world. Of course you could do better though? maybe you should write to them and tell them you should try the worlds special forces instead? I'll back you up (Y)
@Danny160690 Even being about 60 pounds overweight, if I had the time to waste practicing his choreographed technique, any punch defense I used would be able to defend any punch, I wouldn't be in a position to be shot in the head & my spinning kicks would be on cue. Since you are such an authority on martial arts, post a vid on your channel page showing your skills in reference to your comments. Better yet, study some Fairbairn & Sykes (fellow englishmen) stuff & get a clue about a real fight.
@Danny160690 Even @ 50 yo & fat, he would have his hands full, if I'm under 40 he's toast. I quit training for show & sport years ago & for years I have trained only for combat. Since 1978 I have studied TKD, Okinawan Kenpo & Kobuto (brown belt) , Ninjutsu, Wing Chun, military combatives, Shorin Ryu (black belt), Kuk Sool Won, Kodenkan Jiu-jitsu (brown belt) & BJJ & anything new. Currently I'm bringing guided chaos concepts into my personal combatives style. That guy's style is ancient history.
I HOPE HE DOESN'T THINK HE COULD PULL OFF HALF OF THAT CRAP IN A REAL FIGHT. He is impressive, but that is years & years of choreography, NOT REAL FIGHTING AS IT IS ON THE STREETS. I will site 3 examples & u judge for yourself. @ 1:29, what if that punch is a hook? & is someone gonna hold that nice stance & grab & hold his leg for him to climb up, then complyingly fall forward on cue. @ 4:13 he is shot in the head. At 3:24 both guys to fall down from a poorly timed spinning back kick. REALLY!!!!

@bae313 Of course it's choreographed it's for a demo.... rest assured though, this guy would have no problem beating you down in real life.

I train and teach krav maga and I do agree with you
This looks great in video and demo but thats abou it
real life is no text book, however you do what you have to do to defend yourself and muscle memory come into place.
The simpler the move the easier to remember
