Hollistic= Quack Quack Quack. WTF is spiritual? Can you please demonstrate their is such a thing>

CHEK coaching uses very effective training methods and great ideas on nutrition and external stresses and the issues that they bring about in the body.
However CHEK training is not to be taken as gospel. Go in with an open mind and make sure you have a good basic understanding of training, nutrition and the human body. Please don't parrot everything you hear to your next client, incomplete info is unhelpfull. Remember a little bit of knowledge can be a dangerous thing. Think while you learn

why would you want to do a course with him, what basis have you to believe its any good.

I feel your pain, younes. I just really want to go to his 'C.H.E.K HLC1', but it's about 650$. HLC 2 and 3 are about 2,100$ each. That's alot of money.
But I'm glad to see someone interested in nutrition. His channel told me to follow my dreams and he'd probably tell you the same.

Hey, Paul. What can I do to work for you? I'm 17 and I want to work in the nutritional work area. Holistic Lifestyle Coach sounds like the most suitable position for me. What are the steps to getting there?
