This was a clear violation of cival rights, and a cop does not have the right to investigate when they feel like it, they must have a reasonable suspision that the law has been broken as soon as the cameraman said he was from channel 2 the cop should have said hace a nice day and left. anything after that is a violation of rights. It is not against the law for anyone to take pictures from a public place of anything that is in site of that public place. PERIOD. You should sue them for this!
