A FOX 2 photographer has a confrontation with a member of Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick's security team. He was following the rules when he was approached by an overbearing officer, and it was all caught on tape. FOX 2's Taryn Asher reports from Detroit with more on the story.

  • What about public officials lying under oath? What about the fact that the mayor is a public official who's salary and therefore lifestyle is paid for by the tax payers.

What about being an honest individual with integrity and a mind to honor the citizens he's supposed to represent?

This country is shit because of people like you baud eagle.

  • Yea well I guess anyone has a right to ask anyone questions.

A cop has NO RIGHT to bother me because the mayor doesn't want his publicly funded house videotaped....fuck you!

  • Try to imagine a Detroit without blacks...

  • Here we have a black cop and an obvious Kilpatrick fan harassing a white cameraman doing his job. If the roles were reversed, cries of "racism" would be heard. But, since it's a black cop it's perfectly fine? Can you say double-standards?

  • lol detroit is such a shithole

  • Taryn Asher's pussy stinks.

  • This was a clear violation of cival rights, and a cop does not have the right to investigate when they feel like it, they must have a reasonable suspision that the law has been broken as soon as the cameraman said he was from channel 2 the cop should have said hace a nice day and left. anything after that is a violation of rights. It is not against the law for anyone to take pictures from a public place of anything that is in site of that public place. PERIOD. You should sue them for this!

  • You people are useless. Racist shitheads!!!

  • @uncutsquid He's an idiot.

  • What is with the racist imagery?

  • Noone ever adressed the definition of suspicion. Suspicion of WHAT?

  • "If the officer says he is suspicious, then he is suspicious". Imagine that. At least he was honest about the cops being able to do whatever they want in the city of shitroit.

  • Jew Lawyer "Yes ofcourse we respect the first amendment but we also have the power to stop and 'investigate' anyone we think looks suspicious.

  • i remember this shit fuck da police, fuckin kwame killin strippers pussy ass bitch wont fuck with a man

  • All laws are determined by their interpretation? What a very jewish thing to say.
