Childrens mystical fantasy drama series. Gwyn is a young lad who lives with his family on a remote Welsh hill farm. On his birthday he is given several unusual gifts by his grandmother and discovers how to use them to acquire the powers of magic that his ancestors once had.

reckon i understood it better as a kid. certainly made an impact on my imagination, tho, as i had to start sharing a room with my brother 'cause of all the hideous, screaming nightmares i had as a result of the tortured horses... WHICH AREN'T EVEN DEPICTED. the screaming of the madman didn't help, either. this series was great- all tv shows should be given a budget of only £800! thanks for this, granny'sgnashers ;)

Loved this again as remember watching when young, having loved the book of the snow spider, this should be made into a major motion picture or re-done again for today with the technology we have, but still loved this original making.

I remember this as a kid, confused me back then though, as an adult, I know get it lol amazing how much I remembered from it though!
