Yes it is indeed a great tribute. We can't send troops to "shot as many people they see" because most Afghans are completely innocent. Killing innocent Afghans is as bad as killing innocent Americans, and by doing so we lower ourselves to their level.

He can, yes, and he could of.
But why didn't he?
Because this is EARTH. Bad things will happen.
Why do you think we need to pray?
If you aren't willing to pray, then don't freaking expect anything from him. If you're dropping your belief simply because he "didn't do something for you," then you are not a true believer. You just want things from him.
And in that case, you truly don't deserve anything from him.
