  • I just had some oatmeal with fresh ginger tea and I'm super toasty! The ginger tea was a revelation to me, it feels nice on the throat. My new comfort "food".

  • Man makes me wish I wasn't in Texas were it fills like spring right now. But I like cinnamon tea also cook rice with a cinnamon stick in it then add vanilla almond milk to my bowl of cinnamon rice perfect for alittle sweet worm snack

  • Best things you can do when it is cold outside is:

    carb yourself up with fruit-->means eating as much fruit as you can

    exercise

    You don't need any toxic cooked food to keep yourself warm;)
