Members of the Northern New England Local Bread Wheat project tour Danish farms and mills.

In this clip: farmer Carsten Hvelplund includes small grains in a small, diversified farm and agritourism business; he shows us traditional storage techniques. Formerly a dairy producer, Kurt Jessen now focuses mainly on grains.

Pioneering miller/baker Jorm Ussing Larsen walks us through Aurion, a cooperatively-owned mill and bakery which focuses on alternative energy, ancient grains, and artisan breads.
