Rapid fire runs out faster if held.

As long as you destroy every single red planes each level, the rapid fire will never run out. I don't know why, but if you miss only one, your plane lose the ability to fire rapidly... makes no sense at all to me!

Ah really? I hadn't known that. I'd always figured it was a use-constrained feature but that makes sense - thanks :).

Not that I've ever found =). A lot of games just looped, and while I've seen a number of different islands, I haven't actually figured out if this one loops or not.
