Thanks everyone for watching these baking videos. Some of my subscribers requested that I post some of these videos and so I have. I have one more cookie video and that is Ginger Snaps. I'll post that Sunday. Thanks so much and Hugs!

INGREDIENTS- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 cups quick or old-fashioned oats 1 2/3 cups (11-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels

DIRECTIONS-

PREHEAT oven to 375° F.

COMBINE flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats and morsels. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

BAKE for 7 to 8 minutes for chewy cookies or 9 to 10 minutes for crisp cookies. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

  • Yummilicious Girl!!!! HugZ

  • Yummy!! :) Those looked scrumptious.

  • Not a fan of butterscotch, but I'm still loving these cookie cooking tutorials! Say that five times fast!

  • Those look mouthwatering! I don't think I've seen them with that much oatmeal in them, but I'll bet it's a great taste / texture combination.

  • Would it work if I used rice flour?

  • Never had these, looks good!!!!

  • I like watching your cookie videos. Makes me hungry, and I am trying to lose weight. But if I can't eat them at least I can watch them being made. Wrong time of the year for a diet, that is for sure.

  • Those look good. Finally an oatmeal cookie without raisins I hate raisins. lol

  • These have always been my favorite cookies, my mom always put pecan pieces in there too. Makes me wonder, are these cookies a Southern thing? She's from Louisiana, and it just occurred to me that I never see them here out west, only at mom's house. But then again any sweets she makes has at least a little hint of praline in it's design. Cookies, pies, cakes, name it. lol.

  • I love that you are posting these cookie videos, Melissa! These are a lot like my chocolate chip cookies - I just might try to make these. I love oatmeal cookies and butterscotch will be a nice change. I'll let you know.
