I'm lactose intol, so i drink soy mik and that gose well for me. It may be a diff option for you. It is always nice to have a few options with a limitations we have.

@logan3306 I did try soy and I didn't notice a big difference, however...I am thinking about trying again since dairy is the majority of my diet. :-)

I think I have this on top of that I have crohns. Food just sits in my stomach somtimes till the next morning and I just puke it up. When to the hospital 5 times and they could not help.

I was burping up all my food and it was undigested. Doctors were telling me to take proton pump inhibitors and it just made it worse! never got any good sleep. For me calming herbs or drugs help dont know why but ginsing is the one I find that just releases the food like I was when I was a kid.

If you feel that you may have GP ask your Dr to do a Gastric emptying study or GES. this is the only true "test" they have to tell if you have GP

How many bowel movements does one get with this condition?? I have one bowel a day but I still feel like I have to go more but nothing comes out. I'm also bloated all the damn time...=(...I havent been diagnosed but this video is scaring me plus the research I've done...

Hey there i want to know more . i am suffering from strong pain just under my rib cage, alot of burping / gas and heartburn . Almost everything i eat i get these syptoms everyday. they decrease if i lay down on my side.well the sharp pain does i have done all tests including endoscopy and they say they found nothing . i believe its an ulcer. because my top stomach always tight and pain. i have had this for over a year please help . i have tried everything

I have Gastroparesis as well and i can not take Reglaen. The only drug i found that helps me with loss of appitie and nausea is marijuana. All i want to say is try it, it has no bad side effects.
