Sonic The Fighters: Sonic Playthrough [Part 1]

Let me take you back to a time where new Sonic games were greeted with yays, and when Sonic Team actually does everything right, when Robotink was not Eggman...allow me to bring you back to a time before TEEN ANGST took over the series. "Sonic the Fighters" was made in such an era...and it was much more of a pure "Fighter" then Smash Brothers ever was. It was basically Sonic Virtua Fighter, and knowing how kick ass Virtua Fighter was, this was no exception. Plus, this game had all the core characters, two new characters that could actually FIT INTO THE SERIES, and mothafuckin' Fang. Yes. Fang a.k.a. Nack the Sniper. THAT ALONE DESERVES AN AWARD. The real final boss of this game is Metal Sonic...the kickass Sonic CD verison, not the "lol, I fail to deilever" Metal Sonic from Sonic Heroes. Robotink is just a punching bag as an reward for beating the Dural-equse Metal Sonic. As with Virtua Fighter, you have one punch, one kick, and one guard button, and also like it, the fighter is deceptively deep. It's a shame this fighter faded into oblivion, it was quite good and fun. Anyways, I'll play through it now with Sonic. Enjoy...
