That's a lot of energy spent on lovin' guns, my friend. I dont get it. I think I should be able to have a gun for hunting if I can prove I'm a hunter or have a desire to hunt. But read the stats- having a gun as a criminal deterrent seems like a good idea but when you awake to defend yourself, generally those weapons are turned against you. Read statistics! The criminals, armed, are already jacked up on adrenaline or drugs fully awake. PS - I met Ms. Norton and she's very thoughtful

Ms. Norton should have paid more attention in civics class. The US is a Constitutional Republic, not a democracy. Even if a majority of DC residents supported the ban, it's unconstitutional and cannot stand.

I cant have arguments with people who are offensive. We can punch each other in the dark all day long, but we will never solve anything.
