  • do you go full extension cause i usually cant curl a 20kg on full extension but with a slight bent arm i can do heaps more

  • why 3-4 sets? what do you think about DC training, doing only 1 set?

  • @julz7196 You should do atleast like 10reps with the preacher curls.

  • it's hard to find preacher curl benches (shallow enough) that can keep elbows off the bench.

  • is it ok doing 5x5 training with this exercise along with Barbell Curls

    Incline Curls 

    Concentration Curl

    all 5x5?

  • Good demonstration.......... but you know what they say? Use heavier weights to gain muscle/strength.
