With an emulator and a recording app. I think I used the Desmume emulator, but I can't remember which recording app was.

I love fighting the bosses on this game, though I never played rings of fate. On echoes of time, you can go to the library in the town after you get to a certain point of the game & you get to fight the bosses from this game. that's how I fought them!
