Life 3.0

This is a statement on second life. We tried to portray the need for a balance. Life 1.0 + Web 3.0 = Life 3.0

I did my best to notice
When she said I crossed the line
Living "second life" without her
I guess we spent no time

So she left me sad and nervous
And I tried to close that door
Close the screen, clear your mind
Cut the cord

Are we human or are we vampires?
My gender changes, and I can fly
And I'm off the grid looking for the answer
Are we human or are we loner

Pay my respects to the web and IM
Send my condolences to phones
Give my regards to cyber chat rooms
I'm off to leave the world of drones

And so long to my old friends
Who inhabited the world I know
Wave goodbye, wish me well
I've gotta let you go

Are we human or are we hiker?
My breathing's shallow, I'm out shape
And I'm on this peak looking for the answer
Are we human or are we campers?

Who will find me at this height?
Will I die up here tonight?
There is no signal I'm receiving
I can't tell, can you see my tweeting?

Are we human or are we stranger?
You see me struggling, I can't decide
And I'm on my feet trying to understand you

You've gotta help me see
Are we cyber or are we nowhere?
My web was vital, and then was gone
And I see halfway, I'm trying to get there
Are we cyber or are we right here?

Are we human or are we vampire?
If we're human, can we be right here?
