  • The percentage theory is a great way to think about whether or not to buy organic. How do you suggest washing conventional strawberries?

  • Use a good organic fruit/veggie wash. I use Shaklee Basic H highly diluted in a spray bottle just because I was raised with it but there are plenty of others (health food stores, etc.).

  • Black kale is called dino kale and not the green curly kale

  • thank you

  • I had just come from playing tennis. It's tennis attire worn by everyone in my league. I don't wear it to social events.

  • Wow! 42? I know it is stating the obvious, but you look great. Before you said that I presumed you were within 4-5 years of my age (no kidding), and I'm 28. Love your videos :)

  • I really appreciate how casual and down-to-earth you are. It definitely helps to have a more common sense approach to transitioning into a healthy lifestyle, especially for beginners!

  • 30 $ ninja blender makes.great smoothies the largest fragment you'll find is about the size of a grain of sand

  • Lots of good advice and knowledge thanks for making this video ..

  • @chblsm

if you keep it Refridgerated and cold it will last 2 days and still have most of its Nutrition content

  • Hi.. Thanks for your input. I have a question though. How long is the shelf life of this smoothie? How long do the nutrients/ vitamins last before they evaporate? Thanks!!
