A conventional oven doesn't heat stuff the same way a microwave does. A conventional oven heats things with actually heat. A microwave oven heats things by using microwaves (a type of electromagnetic wave) to make the particles of what ever is inside the oven move faster, and therefore heating what ever is inside the oven. It's the microwaves (the waves) that are responsible for the things seen in this video, and not the heat.
