That 0-6-0 is gonna have smaller wheels the way their sliping, it needs a smaller load.
-
@RRConductor7 well the first one definitely is LOL
-
Boy, is it just me or do some of the smaller kettles look like they are slipping their drivers like crazy?
-
I am saving up to get a c-19 right now befor they dont have anyleft, I work at knotts and I see two C-19s at work.
-
@CTN1995 They were originally about $2800, but they're having a sale on them for $2000. I think they still have a few left. My C-19 isn't in this video, but I have a vid of it if you want to check it out.

@dakotaz56777 no he just needs to reduce the throttle so he can get more traction i saw an 0-6-0 at trainfest that was pulling the same load and the operator reduced the powere and it pulled the heavy load just fine

@atsf7809 Most likely reason for the slipping is just oily track. My s-12 pulls great if the track is dry, but as soon as the track gets oily, it can't pull very well. Also i've noticed it loses quite a bit of traction if the water gets low. (btw the s-12 in the video isn't mine)

@ewsdneax61eaxe10 They are mostly made of brass, and the prices range quite a bit. Engines can range anywhere from $500 to $25,000.
