Yes, He don´t 't sound the same as in the late 60's
He sing the song as the where recorded and that is painfull to his vocals.
In this concert it seem that he has a cold.
And he is a smoker that is not a good thing if you are a singer.

@acasouk - Ian Gillian sucks? hahahaha Can I just remind you that he is considered one the best rock singers of all time, unless of course you know something that millions of us around the world don't know. He is 56 years old in this concert and of course he doesn't sound the same as when he was in his late 20's, but I suggest you listen to him when he was with Purple in the late 60's and early 70's and you'll see just how good he was then.
