Forte average below 4.0 ypc last year, was he garbage then too? Okay lets subtract Bells 72 yard run (he deserves it just sayin) lets say the line doesn't block and he doesn't get it.. or maybe they don't run that play. Besides that run he had 3 carries for 9 yards. Weird thats um 3 yards a carry. Forte, given that SAME hole, will have the same result or better, IMO he'd have a TD because Bell looked gas down the field. Forte doesn't have the benefit of blocking. I really dislike Ron Turner, I hope they get rid of him soon. Everyone depends on blocking though, I mean sure you got backs like Peterson breaking a ridiculous amount of tackles but given the same blocking as Forte all season he'd have the same type of output as Forte has.

i am a bears fan! ur right the offensive line sucks. forte is a good running back, i just have watched bell's college highlights and the guy is a tank as forte relies heavily on blocking from the O line! any how, the bears need to shit can Ron turner, he is worthless, i mean the offense has been ranked last or very close to last ever since he's been in chicago and its time to say goodbye!

Seriously? Hope you're not a Bears fan. If you watch the line there ain't shit as far as blocking, you watch the hole that Bell ran through, was better than blocking all year for Forte. He benefited from good blocking and the Eagles not focusing on him seeing as he doesn't have a rep like Forte. Not saying he's bad, just don't say he's better then Forte after one good carry.
