We didn't have anyone to help. It was just me and my sister. So after watching another video on youtube, I got the idea for this. Simply practice and build up for bigger things. After reviewing the footage, I see alot of errors. But no improvements.
Tighter editing. We don't need to see you walking all the time... you can cut simply to another location quickly.
Look at how HOT FUZZ edits cutting from one location to the next. Good example of pace.
Also here's another thing... for more darker ethnic people this means you need more light on yourselves other wise you become a silhouette.... that's why I had my buddy CJ in bright lit rooms.
Pay attention to HEADROOM. And avoid jump cuts
You're "he hell was that?" line was good. Natural.
I REALLY WANT YOU TO LISTEN... I've said these before and I don't want to say it again.
Don't hold the camera at head level and don't just point and shoot. Get creative... shoot from many different levels... especially play with low angles. Look at RULE OF THIRDS, 180 RULE, and basic rules of COMPOSITION. Also balance your angles... don' just use wides. Try close ups.
Don't shoot directly at a light source and turn on all your lighting for lighting.
