About the Presenter;

Michael Badnarik decided to run for President in February of 2003 at the urging of friends, as well as students of his popular "Introduction to the Constitution" class. To secure the Libertarian Party nomination, he traveled over 25,000 miles campaigning across the U.S. in the 15 months leading up to the Partys National Convention in Atlanta. Although Michael was clearly the underdog, he won the nomination after three close ballots.
Michael continued his underdog status in the national campaign. Despite appearing on the ballot in 48 states, more than Ralph Nader, as his candidacy was blacked out by the mainstream media. Frustrated by the bipartisan control of the electoral process, he tried to serve process papers on Commission on Presidential Debates officials in a lawsuit protesting the exclusion of significant third party candidates from the debates. Badnarik and David Cobb, the Green Party nominee, were arrested and handcuffed attempting to peacefully cross the police line surrounding the St. Louis debate. Despite this unprecedented challenge to the legitimacy of the debates, the media virtually censored this story.
While on the campaign trail, Michael found time to write a book about the Constitution entitled Good To Be King The Foundations of Freedom. U.S. Representative Ron Paul (R-TX), known for his integrity and independent views, wrote the forward. Good To Be King is only available in hardcover, and for the time being, only on this website.
Badnarik first began studying the Constitution in 1983, while managing the Braidwood Nuclear Simulator project. In his next assignment, he earned a Secret Security clearance at the Northrop facility charged with developing the Stealth Bomber. His next challenge was training hundreds of employees to use state-of-the-art computer systems at PG&Es Diablo Canyon nuclear plant. His natural talent for speaking and teaching led him to develop his Constitution class.

  • amen finally someone with a clue. where was this man all along? finally someone that actually knows what LIBERTY means!

  • You're very mistaken if you believe the American people won't stand up to tyranny in large numbers. I hear whispers even now. Groups are springing up, training, procuring (even manufacturing)weapons as we speak. There are millions of us who will NEVER live as slaves. I belong to a group with members spread over most of the mountain west region. There are enough of us in certain places to gain local numerical superiority over government forces.

  • The Holocaust may have been the worlds worst tradgedy back in history, but not today.

Females are being slautered, 40 million in one country alone, because the poor people

cannot afford the "dowry" to marry them off, so they are murdered in China and India.

  • @crem88 Whatever the case may be, the resistence that the jews could offer to the Germans was insufficient as they were a minority. WE are the majority, and the powersthatbe better get that thru their heads.

  • @caversmill And that base where that nut job JIHADIST shot up was a GUN FREE ZONE too. Starting to notice the pattern? The shootings happen in GUN FREE ZONES, just like Dunblane, which was a GUN FREE ZONE.

  • @caversmill The 2nd AoA has the SAME relevance now as it did then. Sure technology changes, but the nature of government and people typically follow a set pattern. When people have it good they get complacent, then they start relying on the government to do things for them, eventually that leads to TYRANNY. So you bet I am glad we have a Constitution that protects rights to free speech, to keep and bear arms, to have a trial by jury, etc...

  • @caversmill And those highschools are gun free zones moron! Law abiding citizens can not carry their guns there. Two, the militia is supposed to be the people to make tyranny that much harder. But let us take a little bit of common sense here, how did we win our Independence from the crown? We took up arms. With this being said, it is a pretty safe bet to say that our founders would want us to have this option here too.

  • Hitler elected? He was appointed chancellor by president Hindenburg. The Nazi party never received above 50% of the vote. The Social Democrats and Communists and smaller parties were prosecuted, giving them control in the parliament passing laws that transformed the chancellor into a dictator.

Anti-antisemitism was a common theme throughout Europe and European history. Austria voted for becoming part of Germany, a national dream for most Austrians at the time, not specifically for Hitler.

  • Well said professor. Most people despise having to fight, they just naturally want to exist peacefully. Unfortunately history has proven time and time again that eventually a stand must be made against those that don't want peace. Personal freedom and the pursuit of happiness should be defended at all costs, just so long as the costs don't result in another form of control. Extreme lines can mostly be avoided by doing a little here and a little there. Thanks

  • "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

What part of this amendment does our government not understand?

Worst part is, if defend your freedom with force from a growing tyrannical government the media will make it look to the public like you're a terrorist!

  • Why do you think there isn't a nwo coming in the future?...Cause man I just watch the news and hell politicians are admitting it.

  • And how can you express the need to own a permit as being controlled haha. If I need a permit say to keep a dangerous animal, that isn't control, it's so it

doesn't kill people. A fishing permit is needed in some areas to know how many people are fishing and money to repleanish supply.

There is a lot of corruption in US politics but that doesn't

extend around the world. There is no NWO
