@MegaMindfreak101 Oh no I know what you mean. :) Just didn't know the term for it. I do this too (more importantly, I practice it in balance excercises). Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something since I'm still new to martial arts.

@whackowitch it means you bring it to your standing leg before putting it down in case you need to kick again. (Its hard to explain without showing you)

@AntonioGuamil Yeah its a real shame you can't find a real MMA fighter who is disciplined In the way of traditional martial arts, well i can think of 1 which is Lyoto Machida but other than that they're all just a bunch of young posers having there 10 minutes of fame.
